مبادىء تخطيط الإسكان - دراسات أكاديمية في التخطيط الحضري

يعد الإسكان من الحاجات الإنسانية الأساسية، ويأتي تسلسل أهميته بعد الطعام والكساء، حيث إن الوحدة السكنية توفر المكان الذي تتم وتتفاعل فيه أهم جوانب الفعاليات الإنسانية التي توثق علاقة الفرد بأسرته والمجتمع. يعد كتاب مبادئ تخطيط الإسكان أحد المراجع الأكاديمية باللغة العربية في مجال الإسكان والتخطيط الحضري؛ حيث تضمّن ثلاثة أقسام تحتوي أحد عشر فصلًا، تناولت أهم المواضيع والجوانب المتعلقة بمبادئ تخطيط الإسكان. لقد اختيرت مواضيع هذا الكتاب ومضامينه؛ لكونها تمثّل الجوانب الأساسية من العملية التخطيطية لقطاع الإسكان، الذي يمثل بدوره أحد أهم الأنشطة التخطيطية في أغلب دول العالم.

Housing is regarded as one of the basic human needs, and its importance comes after food and clothing, as the housing unit provides the place in which the most important aspects of human activities that document the relationship of the individual with his family and thus with society interact. The book "Principles of Housing Planning" can be considered as one of the academic references in Arabic in the field of housing and urban planning. It included three parts containing 11 chapters, which dealt with the most important topics and aspects related to the principles of housing planning. The topics and content of this book have been chosen because they represent the basic aspects of the planning process for the housing sector, which in turn represents one of the most important planning activities in most countries of the world.
